Grilled Bluefish Recipe for Bluefish

Title: Grilled Bluefish
by jdtet
Type: Entree
Servings:
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time:
Cook Time:
Ingredients: Mile or cream
Butter
Fresh Tarragon
Lemon
Directions: Soak your fillets in milk or cream for about half an hour. Place the fish on your grill (skin down), spread some butter on top, then place a few sprigs of fresh tarragon on top and a generous squeeze of fresh lemon. Grill until it is done to your liking (dont flip it), remove the tarragon before serving.
Other Notes: Tarragon is an interesting herb, but take off the pieces you cooked with (it gets all wilted and dried looking) and garnish with a fresh sprig.
